Top 3 reasons NOT to microdose or do psychedelics

 

I have shared my deep dive stories over the past 2 years, especially the intimate healing I received that helped me truly awaken to my truth

And be in complete, full alignment - holistically with my mind/body AND spirit!

Microdosing and plant medicine were a huge part of that journey and you could say I am a HUGE advocate

But NOT at first

And I also have massive concerns based upon what I've seen in the plant medicine space both leading up to ceremony and after I used to think that legalizing plant medicine and microdosing with psilocybin and other sacred medicines was for EVERYONE

And with the Big Pharma model as well as commercialization markets as they are now......when with a click of a finger you can have Alexa order you food delivered in nano-seconds.....I am concerned the true sacred healing nature of these sacred ancient plants will be lost Plant medicine is NOT a quick fix

And it is not an Amazon purchase (unless of course you mean South America :-)

And honestly, I don't believe it is a casual or one night experience you never do again

And now, with over 40 ceremonies under my belt (nearing 50) and also microdosing both myself and as a coach, I have learned it is so NOT for everyone

Many are not really ready for what these sacred plants can teach you (especially in the shadow work realm)

It takes a huge commitment (in time, money and spaciousness for healing and processing)

And I feel that as this becomes more trendy and almost a "craze" with so many people out there trying to get certified to serve or attend ceremony all the time, but don't seem to grow beyond ceremony, I have some serious reservations about what I've seen.

And these are my top 3 thoughts around who this is for and who it is NOT for

On Holy Week, I discuss the Religion wound

Here it is holy week, and while I don't normally talk religion and politics on my show, religion and spirituality do cause wounds and traumas in our lives that can really hold us back

I know it did for me and I've seen people die over this one

Or live a very limited life in fear and shame and guilt

This "wound" can cause weight gain, toxicity and negatively impact both our health and our wealth and many relationships

Especially causing us to feel alone/separate, less than or just plain weird

First off, I wanna say if you do celebrate Holy Week, Happy Holy-week and sending you lots of love and light.  This is one of the biggest times/seasons of the year and I honor that.

This message is really for those that suffer in silence during this season

I felt called to have this conversation and be a safe space to conversate about this inside my community, especially those hurting as a result (often at a young age)

I believe, there is a huge population that suffers in silence during this week and isn't celebrating

For many, many reasons

I have experienced personally the religion/masculine wound and it was very very painful

I will share more of my own personal story later this Spring on a webinar

AND I am including this as a healing session inside of my 4 week Spring Cleanse

Whether it be Holy Wars, World Trade Towers coming down or someone committing suicide because they left the church and were treated/judged harshly.....the list could go on and on....

A lot of this energy is wounded masculine - a need to be "right" or in power or control over someone else.

I know I came out of the spiritual closet last year and it was liberating - however, for the prior 14 years, it was (pardon the expression) Hell for me.

I was in pain and chose numbing behaviors due to the fact that I struggled with faith and knowing exactly what/who I believed in for my own health.

Forward to those you know who are hurting with this time of year (or anytime really)

I believe this wound is foundational for many mental health issues and suicides, as well as family "wars" or disagreements and addiction issues.

It's truly time, as Jesus (and many great teachers) taught, for us to love one another

And it first starts with loving yourself!

it is no surprise we find ourselves many years later with high blood pressure, excess weight, health challenges or dis-ease that "runs in the family"

 

It's time for us to heal

 

To truly connect with our ancestors and what they are asking of us now - as I believe they are calling upon us to heal the wounds of the past

 

Not only ours, but our parents, our forefathers seven generations back

 

To truly wake up to our highest and best version of ourselves

 

Today I talk about that healed "mom and dad" (aka feminine and masculine energies") that can make a HUGE difference in our external world

Cleaing Ascension Symptoms - Mind/Body/Spirit With Lois Koffi

This month I introduced the concept of ascension symptoms

 

In earlier episodes I spoke of these (26 symptoms and counting)

 

For me these began over one year ago and I had no clue how to handle them or work with them

 

We can't resist them for they can/will persist

 

As we ascend into the Age of Aquarius, we are shedding many layers of our 3D selves and heading into a new world in so many ways (also known as 5D)

This is really just a fancy way of saying we are being invited to be and BECOME the best version of ourselves

No more human DOING

We can't take this "baggage" with us

The go go/do do energy is being reclaimed and released

That masculine dominant energy must be reunited with the feminine BEINGness of love and compassion and kindness

Trusting your intuition - trusting yourself more

One way that helped me was mental/physical/spiritual cleansing

We are ALL of our bodies - mental and physical and spiritual and emotional (aka pain body)

One does not supersede the other

they are all connected

If we don't go INWARD and inspect these symptoms and root causes of them, we are resisting and that is what causes dis-ease or for life to get our attention in ways that might be painful

We are all being called to SHIFT and create more spaciousness in our Universe

This will help us refrain from relying on addictive behaviors and looking outside ourselves all the time for answers that may distract us from living our BEST life

F-Law of Attraction - You can’t heal what you can’t feel

The past decade has taught me more about the FLAW of attraction versus the LAW of attraction

 

In theory, many have followed Universal this law, also known as the Boomerang law of the Universe, in error

 

I know I did

 

Many flocked to the Secret when it came out and thought what you put out comes back to you meant you meditate and say affirmations, pray, etc., and magical health and wealth would come to you

 

Well, does that always work?

Technically it does

 

Your life results reflect that it does

 

A boomerang is shaped to rotate and spin back to the point of its origin. One can view each of our thoughts, words and actions as energy vibrating in a frequency that ensures we get them back—one way or another

 

But does what you think you put out there (really put out there) if you are saying positive things/affirmations?

 

Then why do you feel like you are living Groundhog day and not getting ahead?

 

So, how does it really work?

 

In my experience these past 7+ years I have seen the truth for me and my clients

 

Affirmations and just positive thinking and "putting it out there" doesn't work

 

Even if you take ACTION

 

The tricky part is you are still misaligned with your truth

 

And if you are driven by a wounded subconscious (or as I prefer to call it, Unconscious) Mind, then you are screwed because THAT is what you are putting out there unconsciously that impacts your overall health and wealth and relationships in your You-niverse of YOU

 

 

You will keep attracting the same boss

 

The same partner that you don't care for

 

The same financial situation

 

The same health challenge (or maybe new ones spring up on top of the old)

 

You have different friends or a different zip code, but same "issues"

 

Today I talk about the root cause of that version of the Law of Attraction

 

The FLAW of attraction

 

NOW, more than ever, you can't run from the wounds of the past

You can't heal what you can't feel and you certainly can't stay on autopilot and expect different results!
