Having been in the weight loss industry in one way or another for 17 years and working with over 10,000 people since the year 2000 in health and fitness (often weight loss and strength training), I have seen a LOT of myths around weight loss and cleanses/detoxification systems
here are the top 3 myths that I have seen and thought I would share since it is a topic that has come up with my addictive behaviors challenge as well as what I've seen with clients who are working through trauma and emotional processing/emotional eating or alcohol/sugar addiction
Having had my own weight loss struggles - I can not only speaking from a coaching perspective as well as student of this journey in this human form

This month I introduced the concept of ascension symptoms
In earlier episodes I spoke of these (26 symptoms and counting)
For me these began over one year ago and I had no clue how to handle them or work with them
We can't resist them for they can/will persist
As we ascend into the Age of Aquarius, we are shedding many layers of our 3D selves and heading into a new world in so many ways (also known as 5D)
This is really just a fancy way of saying we are being invited to be and BECOME the best version of ourselves
No more human DOING
We can't take this "baggage" with us
The go go/do do energy is being reclaimed and released
That masculine dominant energy must be reunited with the feminine BEINGness of love and compassion and kindness
Trusting your intuition - trusting yourself more
One way that helped me was mental/physical/spiritual cleansing
We are ALL of our bodies - mental and physical and spiritual and emotional (aka pain body)
One does not supersede the other
they are all connected
If we don't go INWARD and inspect these symptoms and root causes of them, we are resisting and that is what causes dis-ease or for life to get our attention in ways that might be painful
We are all being called to SHIFT and create more spaciousness in our Universe
This will help us refrain from relying on addictive behaviors and looking outside ourselves all the time for answers that may distract us from living our BEST life
Today I will speak on this as well as talk about my upcoming Spring mind/body/spirit cleanse that is designed to teach you how to navigate these thru not just nutritionally cleansing, but ALL minds (including emotional) cleansing/purging so you can be equipped to shine your light so so bright

No, You're Not Going Crazy - It's Part of Ascension (The Shift)
This is part 2 of a 2 part series on Ascension symptoms and the awareness of these 26 symptoms that may just be holding you back in life
As I type this it is March 15th and we are heading into the Age of Aquarius and many people are awakening to their Truth
And it can be disturbing with many symptoms that are intense
Have you been feeling "off" this year (even last)?
Things in life have been going down hill or appearing to cause you to downward spiral more than usual mentally, physically and emotionally?
Maybe you get triggered WAY more and it causes fight or flight energies within you
Maybe you have broken up with friends or partners all of a sudden
Maybe you notice you can't sleep at night between 2-4 a.m. for no apparent reason
Maybe you feel like you are going insane???
Maybe you've gone to all the doctors and chiropractors with pain or health issues that nobody can diagnose?

You are ascending!

As we shift into a new zodiac sign of Aquarius, we are ascending as a planet into a new dimension (3D to 5D)
I personally had massive ascension symptoms in 2022 and literally had thought I was going insane
I found this article recently that described all my symptoms to a T
The universe / multi-verse is going through a major growth spurt — as is humankind. As more intense energies move through our planetary system, some people on earth are experiencing physical, mental and emotional symptoms. Those who are not aware of why this is happening, believe they might be going crazy. Not to worry. With some gentle guidance, you can make it through this shift!

In this day and age of facebook depression, increase in teen suicide and so much shiny object syndrome.....it's time to get honest and look at the root cause
Why do so many of us spend so much TIME and give so much head space to this virtual world?
Leaving us feeling MORE disconnected than ever
And I personally think social media and smart phone dependency causes just as much, if not more, damage than food/alcohol and some of the other typical behaviors that can often be shameful or demonized by society/family history etc
I actually fell prey to this myself and it nearly destroyed me
I found that this dependency actually helped enable me to turn to alcohol and work MORE - getting me way out of balance
Today I will share how one of my clients shifted this addiction in 30 days and even got a pay raise!
Simply by changing her relationship with social media/phone apps
She became more spacious and PRESENT
AND more focused as a result of freeing up the head/heart space that was numbed by those mechanisms that really weren't her truth or highest and best use of time
AND how it has shifted my own spiritual awakening to no longer be codependent on social media and smart phones - giving me internal peace, improved health and improved relationships

Our society is addicted to fear
Especially after the pandemic
We have addiction to fear - it's prevalent in our society
