Podcast Interview with Anthony Chene, NDE (near death experience) filmmaker
We talked about DEEP stuff that many don't talk about openly due to fear or societal judgment
Millions of people have had near death experiences and don't always know how to share that, once they've seen the other side
It can also be traumatic when you feel isolated and alone and now possibly seeing/hearing things that others don't believe in or experience
Today we aim to bring hope to this conversation in a rare, almost never done interview with Anthony Chene who has done COUNTLESS interviews on NDE's and many other great films on enlightenment and awakening spiritually

My husband has also gone through this and for us as a family, it was very traumatic and scary - until we found help!

Between 0-7 years of age we were considered emotional Beings
Between 7-14 we are becoming mental beings, going to school, developing our brain faster, learning etc
Between 14-21 we are going into puberty and developing physically at a faster rate and becoming "men"/"women" (non binary included)
And much of our full development of our brain isn't complete until age 30
That gives us a TON of time to create mental blocks, become emotionally shut down and physically hold on to trauma (body keeps the score)
So we can't heal over night
And we can't heal alone yet, where do we start????
Given the mental/physical AND emotional stuff?
Microdosing may help, but do you really know how to work with sacred plants on your own?
When I started microdosing with psilocybin, I was very lost I had no support and was doing it all on my own
It was scary
And even though I bought it from a reputable source, there wasn't any structure or guidance on what happens with "stuff" came up
Or what to do while I was still addicted to alcohol So, I gave up on that And still had health goals that could have benefitted from microdosing What was I missing? Besides structure?
ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMMUNITY
Over the past year I have coached many people with microdosing 1-1 30 day jumpstart programs and seen so many lives changed for the better
But something was still missing from that
So I offered up a group program with 6 participants
And saw what community brought out for one another It was life changing

Setting up sacred space for meditation with microdosing
Why is this so important?
My last episode I spoke about the importance of a sacred spiritual practice or meditation or some kind of daily ritual to utilize with micorodsing and even post deep dive plant medicines
I see so many people not doing this and stunting their growth mentally, physically and most importantly spiritually when using sacred medicines like psilocybin or ayahuasca or even psilohuasca
There is a HUGE shift in your life when you observe this as part of your journey If you want to know how and what I do, as well as guide my clients on, tune in
Oh, and this can be done without plant medicines also! It is NOT exclusive to utilizing these tools Everyone could benefit from a daily sacred practice/ritual

Why microdosing without a daily practice is like foreplay without sex!
Now this may come across as offensive when you read that statement
So hear me out
I see sex as a sacred act that is definitely a part of our human basic needs and is very very important (I am not a sex coach!) and I also know there is a lot of trauma and repression around this "gift", which is very very sad to me
We often take it for granted the importance of what these beautiful sacred gifts were given to us truly for!
As we go through an awakening on the planet, and as I work with more clients with sexual trauma, I am learning so so much
Today's podcast is NOT about sex, however, I felt it important to share as I do plan on having a month coming up soon on sexual trauma and sexual repression and what it has done for us as a society.
And same with having a daily practice of spiritual sacred rituals/prayers/meditation, etc., there is a sacred beauty and deeply divine feminine power connection when one truly commits to these practices.
Many of us have been taught that meditation/prayer/affirmation, etc. is more of a "mental" thing and often isn't seen as a sacred daily practice.
When I started microdosing and working with sacred plant medicines, I didn't have a daily practice.
And honestly? I didn't get very far with either microdosing OR deep dive heroic dose journeys.
In fact, I regressed in my drinking habits, social media habits, work habits, etc.
My inner critic was VERY JUDGY and very LOUD
I saw some physical grief release as well as SOME changes in my daily life...but very very small.
I found a teacher that told me how to set up sacred space and have a daily practice to fully EMBODY and connect with the sacred microdosing medicines (mushrooms and later psilohuasca).
That was a whole year into my plant medicine healing journey
And WOW - talk about massive shifts and more lasting results.
The medicines can only do so much - it is almost like foreplay is to sex.....there may be frustration, unmet expectations and disappointment if we don't fully align and FEEL/EMBODY what the medicine is wanting to teach us
Which, I have found, how to go inward and feel that "orgasm" of our higher self - meeting our true Divinity within, which helped me slowly start to NOT look outside myself for answers (alcohol, business coaches, therapists, social media, countless self help books and courses, etc)
If you microdose and don't know if you are truly getting results, it is likely because you haven't created a sacred space for yourself to meet yourself within.
You haven't quieted the mind (inner critic) enough and connected deeper with the sacredness that is YOU.
