This is the time of year where we reflect and also think about contribution (giving)
Hans Parge knows a lot about this and it has driven him to succeed in mind/body and spirit
His background is biomedical research and pharmaceutical drug discovery.
His basic training was as a structural biologist and X-ray crystallographer.
He did his PhD in Trinity College in Dublin and did post doctorate work in Berlin at the Free University , the University of Edinburgh and then to Scripps research institute in San Diego.
He worked at the Scripps research Institute doing atomic structural analysis of proteins, The molecules of life.
In 1993 he left Scripps and went to a start up company that was using that same technology to help the drug discovery process.
From 1993 to 2009 his career was structure based drug design.
In 2009 Dr. Hans took early retirement and moved into the world of wellness, prevention and youthful aging, leaving the world of treatment and cure behind.
He now helps people take control of their health and age by design with the goal of dying young as late in life as possible.
