How does that question land with you??

 

If I am honest with myself (and you) that answer one year ago was Hell No!!!

 

Something was gnawing at me deep inside and I was told to go looking deep within myself to find that truth

 

But I was terrified what I might see (again being totally transparent and real here)

 

I saw shame and guilt and anger and fear

 

Saw some imposter syndrome too #imposter

 

I hated myself #honesty

 

But here’s the best part

 

I got to lose myself

 

To find myself

 

And to awaken

 

I found that little Lois within that said “Come on out and play with me!

 

Let’s go get dirty and put our feet and face in the dirt!”

 

Let’s cry deep deep tears together

“I wanna be loved by you!”

“You’ve got this!” She said

“You were never alone! I’ve always been here!”

“Let’s release the pain, let’s change our perception of shame and guilt and judgments of ourself and others” she said

Wow! She was wise and smart and I wondered, how the hell did I Not wanna stay connected to that???

She told me more

“It’s normal! “You were judged and your ego was shattered and you were hurt and your subconscious said let’s protect you!”

So you worked too much, drank too much and had your priorities a bit out of whack because of a problem solving structure that said you were broken!”

“And you just woke up and needed to remember that you aren’t!”

“You got to experience self compassion and self love all over again so you could come back to YOUR truth, not someone else’s”

What a wise wise little inner girl (aka Superconscious) #innerchild #superconsciousness

You are the predominant creator of your life and all the signs and teachers came and went to remind you of that

Sometimes we need to forget our truth so we can just love ourselves that much more on the other side of fear and shame and shadows that lurked in the dark we didn’t want to look at

 

Are you tired of not living your true nature and purpose?

I choose the end result of health and vitality

Have you ever heard the phrase "I am sick and tired of being sick and tired?"

Well, the root cause of that is that people have been taught the wrong structure Most people don't have the life of their dreams because they are coming from a problem solving structure versus CREATION

True choice is what is missing While most of us have been taught to be led by our EGO mind or subconscious mind and NOT our superconscious (which is our TRUE choice zone of genius)

Our superconscious is our heart brain - the part of us that is intuitive and loving and compassionate and wants the best for the world and ourselves (collective consciousness)

And NOT following that is the root cause of dis-ease - any illness can be 100% created by our EGO/subconscious ruling our lives.

Today I share my story of how I stopped following the yo-yo dieting model to lose 30 lbs in the last 8 months, as well as create true health and vitality without a diet or a "quick fix" magic pill or abstinence model (that was hurting me more than helping!)

Now you might be saying, "Wow, Lois, that sounds harsh or intense!"

 

And I would respond, "I am simply being honest!"

 

I woke up in 2021 making lots of money and feeling dead inside even amidst chasing my "dreams" and goals

 

It caused me to go on a journey within to face some demons and reality of my Higher Self (aka superconscious)  that I had abandoned 7 years prior

 

My values and priorities had been out of whack and I chose to live a lie (even subconsciously) due to a structure that didn't serve me trying to "keep up with others" goals and their truth versus my own

 

And maybe, just maybe, I am not alone

 

Just maybe you or someone you know also feels that pushing and BEING someone else's structure or goals and dreams isn't serving you/them

 

And I believe this structure is not serving a LOT of people

I believe you have ALL the answers inside of you to living and creating your best life.

And they lie deeper than your subsconscious

You are not broken - you don't need to be fixed!

(your Higher Self always knows what you really want and who you can be/do/have in life)

 

What if your life could be effortless?

 

What if you could create the life you wanted without working "hard"?

 

What if you didn't need to make a lot of money and you could be happy with LESS?
