Grief can cause us to age and impact our health in such damaging ways
I lived that in 2020 and gained 30lbs and threw myself into ignoring and stuffing it down in so many ways
Grace Richardson and I talk about her own grief filled journey in 2021
Because of her beauty and health routine, Grace always looked 10 years younger than her age.
At 65, that is quite an achievement!
But in August 2021, my husband, Doug, and my daughter, Joanne, and she got Covid19. They both had to go to the hospital for respiratory issues.
Little did she know that they would not be returning home.
Doug passed away on September 8 and Joanne on September 12.
It was worse than a punch in the gut. Her heart was shredded and she would have traded her life for my daughter so her 5-year-old son, Ethan, could have his mom. Doug and Joanne were Grace's key support system in life and in business. It felt like her limbs were cut off, one limb at a time!
The pain was excruciating.
She lost 20+lbs and looked horrible. Sagging jowls, wrinkled skin…having aged about 10 years!
She chose to get back to basics. Back to her secret to reducing fine lines and wrinkles and other aging signs - aromatherapy and skin care (and not what you might think!)

Are you a chronic course taker?
Have you ever bought 2-3 courses (or many more!) and never finished them?

I got to thinking about that this week after talking one of my affiliate referral partners
They called themselves a "Chronic Course taker"
And I laughed because, guess what?
I've done that too!
What does that diagnosis entail?
Buying multiple courses (online classes, mostly DIY type of programs) that are seemingly super "affordable" enough to buy, almost like an impulse purchase, but likely spending thousands of $$ in the end.....all the while not getting any further than you were BEFORE you purchased them

Independence and freedom
What does that mean for you???
As we get ready to celebrate the 4th of July here in America, many of us think of independence..
But what does that really mean in the world TODAY???
What do you think it truly means for you?
I know my definition has changed drastically
True Independence to means to fully free Your Mind, heal your mind and no longer allow outer/external events/people/places/things control me
I did a lot of work this past year on this very thing
And I have magnetized my BEST life, best sales, best health, and relationships
I know this word FREEDOM/INDEPENDENCE has totally shifted for me in the past 18 months
I am so grateful for the TRUTH!
